Yes, a security deposit is required at Residences at Central Park. The standard security deposit starts at $300, but it can range up to one month’s rent depending on the results of the screening process. If the security deposit amount is equal to one month’s rent, we do offer the option to split the deposit into payments over 3 or 6 months for added flexibility.

A minimum credit score of 600 and income equal to three times the monthly base rent is required. Before your move-in, our team will assist with setting up your utility and Wi-Fi accounts to help ensure everything is ready for your arrival. After moving in, you will be billed directly by each service provider for your monthly usage.

Yes! Residences at Central Park has an on-site maintenance team available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist residents with maintenance requests and repairs. If a maintenance issue arises, residents can submit a request through the resident portal, and our team will work to address it as promptly as possible.

For urgent maintenance emergencies, please contact the leasing office during business hours. After hours, follow the call prompts when contacting the office, and our on-call maintenance technician will be available to assist you. For life threatening emergencies, please contact 911 immediately.

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in our renter's insurance program but may provide proof of their own coverage to meet this requirement.
